Remanufacturing Process
Every differential and axle assembly we sell is fully remanufactured to meet or exceed OEM specifications. Our remanufacturing process:
- Deep Clean – To start the remanufacturing process, each unit is fully disassembled and cleaned.
- Inspection – The ring and pinion, internal gears, clutches and carriers are carefully inspected. Gears are checked for proper tooth contact, and axle tubes are inspected for straightness.
- New Components – All seals and bearings are replaced, and gears are reset for correct rolling torque for maximum efficiency and performance. Backlash is reset carefully for maximum longevity and quiet operation.
- Validation – After reassembly, each unit is spin tested as part of a detailed checklist validation process.
